Welcome to Random Accents, and thank you for visiting our website. Random Accents was founded in 1999 to provide a unique mix of gifts and home furnishings at reasonable prices, while paying excellent attention to customer's needs and satisfaction.
Shipping:
We ship most of our orders via UPS Ground within 24-48 hours of the time you place your order. Delivery times range 4-7 business days depending on the destination. All UPS shipments are delivered only on business days. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and are provided to us by the shipping carriers.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. However, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges. If you are having an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, you will be contacted before the order is shipped if there are additional shipping charges.
NOTICE:
Please ensure that you enter the correct "Ship To" address for your purchase. Your account will be charged all fees incurred from UPS for corrections made to the "Ship To" address. These corrections include, but are not limited to, incorrect street spelling, wrong zip code, residential vs. commercial address, and changing the delivery address with UPS after your order has been shipped.

Sales Tax:
All items shipped to locations within Texas are subject to sales tax of 8.25%. There is no tax charged on orders shipped outside of Texas.
